What's Included
The OS-1109 includes the hemlock sauna cabin, adjoining covered porch structure, glazing and built-in sauna seating shown in Bropool's product materials. A traditional sauna heater and control package are not included in the base price.
Heater & Site Planning
A compatible traditional sauna heater and controls must be selected separately. Heater sizing, electrical requirements, clearances and final connection depend on the heating package and installation site. Before delivery, prepare a stable, level base and confirm delivery access, assembly space and any local site requirements for an outdoor sauna structure.
Delivery & Production Timeline
Freight delivery is included in the $10,999 price for the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are not covered by this checkout shipping offer. Installation, special unloading and unusual handling are not included unless separately arranged.
Bropool's current quotation indicates approximately 20–30 working days for production, with international freight transit and final-mile scheduling additional. These are planning estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
