Delivery

Dreampod's October 12 dealer inventory lists the Mineral Soaker as in stock. For units stocked in Dreampod's U.S. warehouse, dealer terms state that orders typically ship within 48 hours after payment and transit is usually 5–8 days depending on location. Standard shipping is included within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Delivery is curbside, and orders outside the contiguous 48 states are quoted case by case.

Warranty

Dreampod confirmed that the Mineral Soaker is the same underlying unit as the Home Float Pro under a different product name/use configuration. Accordingly, Dreampod's current warranty coverage for the Home Float Pro applies: fiberglass construction is covered for 2 years and electronic/mechanical components are covered for 1 year from retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and exclusions.

Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and the product must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Customer-paid return shipping is nonrefundable and a 20% restocking fee applies. All returns remain subject to Dreampod inspection and approval.
